Why are all of you so mad? These talks are for Jehovahs Witnesses. These talks were not broadcast publicly. They have nothing to do with you all. Isnt this still America? Isnt this still a democracy where we ALL have freedom of religion and speech etc...
Best be careful people about what you wish for you just may get it, because when you start demanding that others not be allowed to have their own beliefs you may not be able to have your own. They execute ppl in Iran for being homosexual in case you didnt know. Just live your life . Try to avoid hate because it just makes you feel terrible and shortens you life.

Melinda,

How could you not expect LGBT people not to get mad?  Anthony Morris is degrading them for supposedly designing spanx because they like the way it looks on JW men apparently.  I am not LGBT, but I am ware that people are executed in Iran for being lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgendered, but did you know that this act of public execution is mostly carried out for religious reasons?  I agree, that we should avoid hating others because it makes people feel terrible and shortens our lives, but I doubt that Anthony Morris feels regret over making remarks that would upset homosexuals by implying that they are "disgusting" because he is bothered by their romantic and sexual relationships with other consenting adults, implying that they are the creators of Spanx who might like the way that JW men look in such outfits, all of this is due to his religious beliefs. Yes, people are allowed to have their own beliefs, however, that doesn't mean that such beliefs should be exempt from being critically analyzed or that such believes should not even being challenged outright.  That includes Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, Jews, Buddhists, LaVeyan Satanists, Scientologists,  you Melinda, me and everyone else.

Most of you who are offened by this is because your gay or bisexual or lesbian if you took time to hear the whole talk he also mentions about the stuff females wear very tight not a suitable way to carry yourself . We don't tell you will go to hell we don't even believe in hell but we don't agree with gays and bisexuals and lesbians because in the bible it's wrong . People may say they were made like that no you think like that on your own you could change if you want to most of the gays and lesbians know deep down what they are doing isn't right

Avi Smith,

How could you not expect gay, lesbian or bisexual people to get upset over this.  Morris also also telling JW women not to wear such outfits in public because they would be considered "immodest" at best by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society.  No, you don't tell people that they will "go to hell" and it is true that you don't believe in "hell". Jehovah's Witnesses are annihilationists. It is true that JW's don't agree with gays, lesbians or bisexuals because your denominational interpretation of the Bible views such behavior as being "wrong".  That is your opinion, but couldn't the Biblical authors' be wrong about homosexuality, bisexuality and lesbianism? True, some people mays say that LGBT were made like that.  You insist that LGBT people think like that on their own.  Yes, many do, but many heterosexuals believe that lesbians, gays and bisexuals were born like that.  You state that LGBT could "change" if they want to.  Why should they have to try to lead the life of a heterosexual person anyways? Just to make prejudiced people like you feel more comfortable in your insecurities?  Most medical and psychiatric organizations with peer-reviewed journals do not believe that LGBT people can "change" their sexual orientation or gender identity, but they can repress it, but even that is a challenge.  You say that most gays and lesbians "know" deep down that what they are doing "isn't right".  Well, many LGBT people don't believe deep down that they are doing anything wrong, but they understand that you might think that, they just disagree with your opinion.

Asle Aicerg Sogala,

How do you know that reading the Bible "nourishes" everything?  Where is your proof that the Bible "nourishes" everyone's problems. Is there such evidence that can be found and tested under scientific, historical, psychological, sociological and archaeological, scientific, an moral analysis that can be peer-reviewed by scientists, archaeologists, historians and other specialists that prove the Bible's claims as being "true"?  Are you just not stating what the Watchtower Society requires you to say as a Witness who must abide by their interpretation of the Bible at all times? This would be what the Watchtower Society all JW's would expect of you to say as a Jehovah's Witness yourself.   What you are saying isn't anything new. When people insist that religion poisons everything, I'm sure that includes the Bible, because the Bible is a religious text is it not?  A JW is a part of an organized religious group.  The JW's are an organized religious group and if you just were to so happen to argue otherwise, such an idea would sound quite dishonest to me.
