I doubt that the historical Jesus permanently healed anyone suffering from serious illnesses or disabilities.  He probably created the illusion that he could heal anyone of anything. I don't see any proof that exists for Jesus being "resurrected" from the grave. Numerous Biblical scholars and historians hold to the view that his body was consumed by animals.  The Apostle Paul claimed to have visions of the "resurrected" Jesus and the Gospels portray his disciples of having been reunited with their "resurrected" beloved teacher and getting to spend some more time with him before he descended into the clouds.  I imagine Yeshua's disciples were grieved over his death and probably saw some men who resembled Yeshua, but I do not believe that he returned from the dead.   Paul was probably delusional since he claimed to see Jesus.  Why should Jesus have revealed himself to Paul and not someone else.  Paul switched allegiance from one extreme group of Jews to following Jesus' teachings.
