Jurassic World 'Sides' Script Snippets Leak Online? [Potential Spoilers]

A supposed leak of a couple cast 'sides' scripts for Jurassic World have been posted online. The two pages reveal some potential spoilers for Jurassic World, so if you clicked this link and wish to avoid potential spoilers, we suggest you click BACK in your browser. The script bits reveal new character names: Beth, Zach, Gray, Katashi Hamanda and Sourian. Both pages were posted recently by one of our members, jurassicparkour in the Jurassic World forums which they sourced from Scribd.com. Below are the supposed leaked pages. Clicking on each one will take you to the download page on Scribd if you wish to download them yourself:
#1: Concierge
Summary: Two boys (probably Ty Simpkins' and Nick Robinson's characters) are met by a concierge in absense of their mother.



#2: Hamanda
Summary: Taking place on an observation tower, Beth and Sourian watch as a Dinosaur with red eyes lingers in the dark. They wonder if the carnivore would ever eat live animals, when a 52 year old, "Japanese badass" named Katashi Hamanda enters and tells a chilling story of a pet Snake which denied eating deadmice once it tasted living flesh - insinuating that if the Dinosaur ever tasted warm blood, its natural instinct would compell it to only hunt live prey.



The legitimacy of these leaked pages have yet to be confirmed, but multiple sources now claim that these are in fact authentic. A user over on the Jurassic Park fansite, JPLegacy apparently also leaked the pages there and assured readers that it is in fact, the real deal.

I don't know if they are legit but they could be. A lot of people have talked about what Jurassic World would be. A lot have said there will be a new park etc, because they are back on Isla Nublar. I think so too. So the second script is Jurassic Park style because of the tension of the story and also because it seems like they don't feed the dinosaurs anything that's alive. That's a typical Jurassic Park case of never make the same mistake again. If we won't feed them anything alive, they won't go after people..so the park is safe!
And for the first one..kids and Jurassic Park just work. So many things could happen. The kids get sepperated from their parents and end up fighting for their lives together with the concierge..

Holy. Crap.  If these are legit, this is by far the coolest piece of news fans have gotten!! I'm so hyped.
If these are real scripts, we can assume Zach is the older brother and Gray is the younger, and possibly that Bryce Howard's character is their aunt.
And what of this predator?  Obviously it is so dangerous they don't wan't to give it a taste for living things.  Glowing red eyes?  Troodon, perhaps??  Usually Troodon is depicted with yellow eyes....

Definitley seems legit. I really hope something doesn't leak that gives the entire plot away because knowing me, even if I know I shouldn't look at it and ruin it for myself, I will. I wonder if Colin will say anything?

12 New Jurassic World Set Photos Taken from Hawaii Posted Online!

The production and set preparation for Jurassic World continues on the tropical island of Hawaii! 12 new set photos have now been published online, showing the sets slowly taking shape. Some fans speculate this could be the visitor centre we saw in the original Jurassic Park, or a new one entirely for the supposed new park. Either way, the new photos certainly ignite some interest. Take a look at them below:

visitor center. From the position in the photos I would think it'd be a building that they would want to be seen- an attention getter type of thing. Don't really know how to put it. Looks like the building would also offer great views.

I agree with Diana, it's definetly a building that would offer a decent veiw, could it be the hotel from the novel?  If so, that'd be pretty awesome.

It looks like a large building that is over-looking the paddocks. Maybe a hotel,  but maybe one of the docks they have at zoos that are taller than the animals and paddocks...

It looks like one of those viewpoints (is that the right word?!) you'll find in a zoo. Usually when you have an open space with a variety of animals. The name of the movie is Jurassic World so maybe they'll really have a Jurassic World where people can watch the animals together and not just in paddocks..
But I really wouldn't have a clue lol :p

im with TheDinosaurMan
plus it could be some othe these options aswell:
-In the novel the safari lodge does look over the ocean im pretty sure. so i could see where you got this idea from. Besides like you said it would make an awesome view.
-my second guess could be Hammonds Lodge. In the novel it also says tht it is located up a steep hill overlooking the ocean. i could be wrong about the OCEAN bit though. I know it was deffinetly on top of a steep hill, because he fell an died there in the book.
-my last guess would be like what PRIMAL KING said with the paddocks. but the CONTROL ROOM. In the novel AGAIN it states that muldoon was stood by the windows of the control room over looking the park. YET the ocean is clearly in view and i kinda rule that out as i dont think even with out the trees there would be a lot of room.

I wouldn't know what it could be. I just hope they'll give us the feeling of the first two movies back. The logo has a T-Rex in it so I hope to see that one back!

Everyone has great points especiall Jhawkins 1987. It can`t be a visitor center. This has a great view and it's on a hill and doesn't look that accessible. Keep in mind from the very first photos of the early construction of this building that it had an incredible view. It's very hard to put a finger on what it's going to be. Also there are some rumors of underwater dinos and a running theme park included in the plot. I like this idea but come on, after all the hints about new dinos; there's going to be one as of this point. They said they're bringing back "old dna" and also a new bada** dinosaur. They didn't say another branch of dinosaurs.

New Photo from the Set of Jurassic World Released!

Following last week's first look at the set construction for Jurassic World, comes yet another photo taken from the island of Hawaii, where the fourth Jurassic Park film is currently preparing to start filming this April. The following image was taken from the Kualoa Ranch, the same location the last batch of Jurassic World set photos were taken. The new photo below was recently uploaded to Instagram, check it out:

Just a thought I've had since the title came out:
Some crazy rich hick on the mainland gets hold of an embryo and raises some dinos out of his ranch. This photo just made that idea come to mind.

Kualoa Ranch is actually on the island of Oahu, not the Island of Hawaii (the Big Island).

Early render of a Dinosaur cage for Jurassic World leaked?

As production kicks off for Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World the rumors are sure to start flying. Today, one of our members sourced an image which is apparently being linked to "Ebb Tide", aka. Jurassic World. The image is a render of a cage or fence piece - obviously to-be used as a means to contain the Dinosaurs in the new park. However, since we have no way of confirming the authenticity of this image, we urge readers to take the following with a grain of salt, as it could just be a fan-made mock up. Regardless, have a look at the image below:



The source of the image, apparently from a thread on reddit, added this as the description:
"Another day at the office :) just thought you guys deserved a little "preview" Hold onto your butts...EBB Tide - The human toast"
However, we have yet to receive a source link for the thread on reddit if it still exists. This article will be updated once more information is revealed.

I could imagine that it could be it, however the dark marks that look like they were added on the control dock above help make this seem more false then beleivable...

I dont think this is it guys, As cool as it would be we dont have the full cast yet, it seems a little early for the models to be coming out...

Its a super cool concept but if they have already started set building then its possible this could be real but for sake of nostalgia im hoping for something a little less extreme even though security is a must this time lol

First Batch of Jurassic World Set Photos from Hawaii Now Online!

According to onlocationvacations.com, set construction for Jurassic World has begun on the Kualoa Ranch in Hawaii, where the original Jurassic Park was also filmed and the first batch of Jurassic World set photos have been revealed! Sources on-location managed to snap the following photos and leak them online. To further add validity to the pics, the tipsters claim to have spotted directional signs throughout the set labelled "EBB", which matches with the code-name "Ebb Tide" - the cover title Jurassic World has been given throughout its production:

"Set construction is underway at Kualoa Ranch, where the original film was also shot back in 1993, and can be seen from the Pali Lookout, near Chinaman’s Hat and the fishpond. Our tipster also spotted directional signs posted at the construction entrance that say EBB."
Jurassic World is scheduled to film on the island starting this April, for 6 weeks before moving to New Orleans.

It does have a nice over looking feature, Which was supposed to be in the first movie as it was stated in the book "Muldoon looked out from the window of the control room, he watched the quartz lights come on across the park, as they always do at night."

As always they take parts from the books out of order and put them into movies, out of order... I think were going to see the visitor center described in the book,  (if you paid close attention, it states that the building was different then shown in the movie.) We may also see te hotel or the ruins of the old visitor center.

Huge!
Now I'm growing confident that this movie is going to come out! I must confess I was still fearful before these last pieces of news started surfacing. With the constant postponements of the beginning of the shooting, I was afraid. Now I'm getting calmer.
I want to see more! lol

Rick Carter talks Jurassic World

In a recent interview with Nerdist, previously speculated to-be art director for Jurassic World, Rick Carter revealed that he will in fact not be the art director for the fourth Jurassic Park, despit his work on the first two films. Instead, he was brought on to help 'get the ball rolling' and bring the Jurassic Park franchise into a more modern age while still making reference to the original trilogy. Below is the excerpt from the interview:

According to Carter, he won’t be art directing Jurassic World but was involved on the first two and was invited back to get the ball rolling on the fourth installment of the franchise. Carter explains, “Since I was there for the first two Jurassic Parks, I was invited in by Steven [Spielberg] and Frank Marshall to come and try and set up something that would actually refer back to those first movies yet take us into the present tense. There’s a young director [Colin Trevorrow] who has come in who is fantastic, so I just – we went back and mined some of those things that we’ve done before but then how to bring them into a world now.”
For a designer, how is it bouncing around from Lincoln to Star Wars to Jurassic World? “Well, you know, I started with Back to the Future II, so that’s jumping all around right away, right? I started off going backwards, so I just jump back and forth through all these movies. It’s like time travel!”

Legendary Pictures is co-producing Jurassic World!

Last August, it was originally speculated that due to the newly formed partnership between Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures, that Legendary would be playing a part in the production of Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World. Well, seems those rumors were true, as according to HonoluluPulse.com, Legendary CEO Thomas Tull, and company are listed as producers for the fourth Jurassic Park sequel!


Given Legendary's track record, it's evident they know how to cater films to their fans and enjoy supporting films like Jurassic Park. Just look at their work on Pacific Rim and their upcoming title, Godzilla! What this means is Jurassic World will get more funding and hopefully a more elaborate marketing campaign. This will also be one of the first films Legendary will be co-financing with Universal.

Chris Pratt Talks Jurassic World Plot!

It hasn't been long since the official filming start date for Jurassic World was announced for April and we already have a new interview with lead star Chris Prattwhere he talks about the fourth Jurassic Park film. In a recent interview with MTV, Pratt revealed three major points of interest which gives us a slight idea of what to expect in terms of Jurassic World's plot. Read on for excerpts from the interview!


MTV: After three movies about dinosaurs that are essentially trapped on a secluded island. Why the hell would anyone go back there? Pratt explained that not only does "Jurassic World" address that question, but the answer to it was one of the reasons he joined the movie in the first place.
Pratt: "What I liked about it was it answers the question, 'Why would you do that?' How do you suspend disbelief to be like 'Oh, yes, let's make this mistake again'? 'We haven't learned our lesson about dinosaurs. We should definitely live with them to see how that works out after three tries at it,' [Trevorrow] answers the question really well through the script. Colin did a great job of writing it and justifying it, in his own way having fun with. Anybody who goes in with that question will be really amused, the way I was, about how they answer that."
One day, before he was cast, Pratt chatted with Trevorrow and got introspective during the talk. Pratt: "I sat down with him... and we just started getting excited about this. In the back of my mind, I was like 'Dude, this is going to happen. They want you to do this movie.' I remember him telling me, 'Yeah, they're not going to tell you this, but we want you to do it.' I was like, 'Buhhh. Really? Oh God. Really?' "
When it comes to heroes of "Jurassic Park," there are essentially two types. You've got Dr. Alan Grant's (Sam Neill) respect for prehistoric life, and then there's Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), who's all "Life finds a way."
So which kind of dino-dueling hero will Pratt play? The actor said he character falls somewhere between the two, explaining, Pratt: "He's got a little of both. He's got a little bit of the Goldblum cynicism, but also the Sam Neill excitement and the wonder of the biology of it all."

buzzing! Thats good. There are alot of un answered questions. the main one that pissed me off is why the dinosaurs changed on the same island. if that gets a mention WHY and justified il be a happy man. Being a LOST fan unanswered things bugs the hell out of me.

Good to know the reason to go back is supposed to be solid. I know, rescuing one's child is, of course, reason enough to do something. But to me, in JPIII, that was just the easy way out of the question "why should we make another one of these movies?"
So far, I'm pleased they have said this movie will maintain the atmosphere of the series; that it will be grand and scary (I remember the producer talking about a dino that "will make us want to sleep with the lights on"); that there is a good excuse for people going back there; and that Isla Nublar will be revisited.
All these make an awsome start, at least to me.

Colin Trevorrow confirms Jurassic World will start filming in April on 35mm and 65mm film!

Director of Jurassic World, Colin Trevorrow just dropped a bombshell of a tweet on his Twitter feed tonight, revealing the official filming start date for Jurassic World! Trevorrow tweeted that filming will begin this April (that's only two months from now) on both 35mm and 65mm film, with renowned cinematographer, John Schwartzman! Check out Trevorrow's tweet below:

I hope this is true. It's about time this next Jurassic Park chapter moves on. We need to see things are progressing. I'm glad to know they'll start filming. Now I can't wait for production news.

Jurassic World will be set on Isla Nublar & is currently casting supporting roles and prepping set locations in Hawaii!

Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World is gearing up to start filming this summer and it seems film crew are already on-scene in Hawaii setting everything up for the first few shoots! According to a guest named Craig, of Kevin Smith's podcast called "Hollywood Babble-On", he was flying to Hawaii on January 19th to get things prepped for Jurassic World. He referred to his job as a "teamster", which is basically anyone helping out with production by partaking in a various number of jobs. You can listen to the reveal at around 24:45 during the podcast:


In addition to the news above, it has also come to our attention that Jurassic World is currently looking to cast co-starring and supporting roles according to Acting-Auditions.org. Casting is apparently under way in Los Angeles, Hawaii and Baton Rouge.
Production on the first Jurassic Park - will we see animatronic Dinos in Jurassic World as well?
Also, it's worth noting that Acting-Auditions has posted a short plot synopsis for the fourth Jurassic Park film, which may be accurate, and confirms Jurassic World will take place in present day, Isla Nublar! Here's the quote:
"Jurassic World will be set in present day, Isla Nublar, and will take place 22 years after the events of the first film."

Completely agree. It's gonna be amazing to see what the islands like. But if i remember correctly, weren't the dinosaurs of Isla Nublar wiped out by the military. Or am I thinking od Isla Sorna?

dakota - in the novels it is stated that Isla Nublar was bombed to hell, and a deleted scene from the lost world film affirms this, however Spielberg chose to leave the scene out of the final cut for the film so as to leave possible storylines for future films to take place on Isla Nublar. Also because he thought it would be too cruel on the fans to tell them that they're favourite dino park was obliterated, so he altered JP history...

well, if it's on isla nublar
then the dinos are probably the one that we see on the brochure but dont appear on the list like hererrasaurus, adult dilophosaurus, proceratosaurus, baryonix (wew), etc and maybe also those that were in the game like troodon and tylosaurus
damn I can't wait too see even the trailer of this movie XD

Chris Pratt Speaks About Jurassic World for the First Time!

According to Chris Pratt, Jurassic Park was his Star Wars growing up. The Jurassic World lead star spoke briefly, for the first time with QMI Agency about his involvement in the upcoming, fourth Jurassic Park film as well as his adoration for the original franchise. While promoting his latest film, the Lego movie in Legoland, California, Chris had this to say:


"For me, Jurassic Park was really kind of my Star Wars. I lined up at the theatre to see it, I saw it opening night, I saw every sequel, I've seen it a whole bunch of times... for me that was my big movie, I think I was 13 or 14 when it came out,"
"And so it's a big deal for me to be any part of that, let alone this part I'm going to be playing. I'm thrilled about it."
Chris will be playing the role of Owen, the rugged ex-military type, whose plans get foiled by the "smart, corporate scientist" played by co-star Bryce Dallas Howard. The two recently met for the first time earlier this month.

No-- maybe, actually, In the military you always use your last name instead of first, Owen could be Nick van owens kid, He certianly had the look, If anything its probably just a coincidence they have the same character name.

To me it's more than clear that JW is nothing close to a reboot and will feature no known actors to the franchise whatsoever. I'm happy about the former and absolutely OK about the latter. I just want a movie with a convincing plot and great moments.
Plus, this actor is surely a great addition to the cast. What a sight for sore eyes.

My guess is that his name is a reference to NVO from TLW, like the references to the original POTA in Rise of the POTA.  After all, JW was technically written by the same people, some elements of Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver's script must have been retained.

Phil Tippett talks Jurassic World with the Jurassic Cast Podcast!

He had one job... supervise the Dinosaurs in Jurassic Park. Despite the chaos that ensued as a result of his "supervision", Universal Studios has called Phil Tippett back once again to work on the highly anticipated Jurassic World movie and last night, he sat down with the folks at JPForever on the Jurassic Cast Podcast.
During the podcast, Phil and the Jurassic Cast team discuss many of his previous works including Jurassic Park and Starship Troopers. Phil goes on to discuss the various processes by which he had helped bring these films to life.
Phil Tippett was the 'Dinosaur Supervisor' for Jurassic Park and has reunited with the folks at ILM Visual Effects to work once again on Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World. He will have one job once again - to supervise those Dinoaurs. Let's hope fewer people die this time around...


Although they do discuss Jurassic World, Phil couldn't really discuss any "spoilerific" details about it. However, he did reveal that [SPOILER ALERT] in the third act, a T-rex fights a mechanical King Kong! Haha
After listening to the podcast, Phil sounds like a really down-to-Earth guy and the folks running the Jurassic Cast did a great job putting this together. I recommend giving it a listen if you haven't already. You can check it out on their official site, JPForever.com as well as on iTunes and Stitcher.

a mechanical king kong? sounds like some dinosaurs are coming to the main land or are already there. i dont really see they would have a mechanical king kong in a park

Hopefully they base it around a park, instead of bringing it to the main land. They brought it to the mainland before and it really sucked, however glad they did it. I'd be happy if they kept the cast on the island and maybe come up with a really great storyline.

looks like it. in my opinion it looks like we might be getting a park on the mainland with nublar taking a small role. maybe thats where they got the DNA from. we dont really know what happened to nublar in the movie just the book

I am so mad about that mechanical king kong... Jurassic park is my favorite movie of all time and I can tell you're ruining the plot already and you should leave the series alone if you're going to give us major fans a " one big pile of shit." I really hope that king kong thing is a joke and if not then that means universal is losing their touch.

Im not worried about the King Kong thing,
If its part of the T-Rex attraction at a "functioning park" with a grandstand full of spectators (similar to sea world) i reckon that would be bad ass!!!!

Chris Pratt Officially Confirmed to Star in Jurassic World!

For a while now we've been waiting for confirmation of Chris Pratt's involvement in the fourth Jurassic Park film, Jurassic World and thanks to Ron Howard, we now have our confirmation! Ron tweeted the photo seen below of Pratt and soon-to-be Jurassic World co-star Bryce Dallas Howard with the following quote saying: "Bryce and Chris meet for the 1st time on red carpet they will be co-stars in next Juraissic ".

Chris will be playing the role of the "rugged, ex-military type" character named Owen in Jurassic World while Bryce will be portraying the "smart corporate scientist", who from the descirptions we've heard, clashes with Pratt's character at least once throughout the film.

Man, I keep having this feeling that I'm not gonna like this movie, Trevorrow's casting is questionable at best. None of the leads cast have been in ANY good movies or had REALLY small roles. The only actor cast who I like is Ty Simpkins because of Insidious. But maybe they'll prove me wrong and blow me away...I hope.

This is great, But also said, Because when I picture Pratts character, I usually picture him as the good guy... But of course, It'll still be good...

By The way... Did you know the officer who rode joey in war horse, Is Tom Hiddleson, The same person who played loki, He played a good guy and a bad guy...

It'll still be good no matter what, this cast is looking like a grade A job too

The film will be class. He is from my era in the 80's and grew up with these films, he now has the technology and probably knows what the fans want rather than guessing. he has been through what we all have.

also regarding the casting Spielberg cast LAURA DERN, SAM NEIL AND JEFF GOLDBLUM because high profile actors AT THE TIME THEY FILMED like for example HARRISON FORD (who was actually first picked by steven to play alan Grant) was too much to afford. He wanted too much money. And actors with out steriotype roles allready. 

so spielberg took the approach of less known actors and turned them into the genius's u know today.
now Sam Neil no matter what role he plays , in any film will always be ''that dude from jurassic park''

so you dont need high profile actors. if the the script and screen writing is good enough it will make the characters lovable and there fore ull prob retract ur statement.

time will tell

Jhawkins, you're somewhat right but Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum, and Laura Dern all were in some pretty good movies before JP
Sam Neill was in The Hunt for Red October and this movie called Possesion (Which is a terrifying movie) He was also in this movie called In the Mouth of Madness after JP just had to mention it because it's so awesome!
Jeff Goldblum was in The Fly (Which is Awesome) and Invasion of the Body Snatchers (Which is also amazing) he was also in (albeit a small role) this movie called the Sentinel


And Laura Dern was in the David Lynch movie Blue Velvet which is awesomley insane!
So while you're right, they weren't A-list actors, they had some pretty good movies under their belts before JP

I've never really watched a movie before with him in it, but I'll be looking forward to his performance in the upcoming sequal. Although, I would love to see some of the original cast come back.

I do hope they cast at least some of the original cast from JP one or two. So far it doesn't look promising, new faces, new director, same "production and special FX crew ects". I really hope this film shuts me up with excitement at the end by 2015.

En mi opinion no estoy muy conforme con estos nuevos actores, no se ven muy prometedores para jurassic world  me gustaria mucho que volvieran algunos de los personajes (clasicos) y principales de jurassic park, ademas tambien pienso como otros de que estaria bueno de que volviera  a la pelicula    jeff goldlum mejor conocido como ian malcom que no se ha vuelto de regreso desde el mundo perdido (the lost wordl jurassic park) como tabien otros actores de la misma como ''kely'' la hija de malcom, realmente seria sorprendente que regresaran en la cuarta parte  :)
