Prayers in public school ads

Do you think students and faculty should be allowed to pray in public schools?

Personally, yes, I do think religious and spiritual-but-not-religious people have the right to pray in public schools, as long as people are not forced into praying, told how to pray or told what prayers to say. Prayers should not be mandated or required by public schools.  Since public schools are secular institutions, they are not supposed to favor one religion over another religion nor are they supposed to favor religious people over non-religious people. Students and faculty members can pray during their own time when the situation is appropriate to do so.  Prayer was never "taken out" of schools.  People were allowed to pray, public educational facilities just could not longer force people to pray, tell them how to pray or tell them which prayers to say.  Think about it.
